Wooden Venetian Blinds
Compliment your décor from our range of painted or stained wood finishes or choose from our Faux wood collection of textured finishes.Wood/Faux venetians are available across three slat widths (25/35/50mm) and can be manufactured with cord or tape ladders.
Tapes can be matched to slat colour or contrasted for a more individual look. Tapes not only add depth to the blind but have the added benefit of blocking more light as no cord holes are visible. All our Wood/ Faux wood venetian blinds come with cord raise and tilt operating systems as standard and can be motorised if required.
Slat ends can be painted where slat edges are exposed, such as bay windows and outside recess installations. Our attention to detail at installation also ensures the front pelmet is cut to size to avoid unnecessary gaps.

All Buyers and Users of Blinds and Window Furnishings should be aware of the Potential Hazard to Children, Babies and Vulnerable adults posed by Unrestrained Cords, Braids, Chains and Wires. Blind Design are part of the “MAKE IT SAFE CAMPAIGN” All our Blinds are fitted in accordance with British Safety Standards in conjunction with the British Blind and Shutter Association.
REMEMBER :- Make sure All Cords are out of reach of children.
Blind Design recommends the following:
- Ensure that cord/chain lengths are appropriate to the circumstances
- Have cords adjusted to keep them out of the reach of children
- Use one of the many proprietary cleats, cord tidy’s, clips or tie-downs that are available.
- Keep furniture away from window coverings
- Consider the use of motorised blinds
Blind Design are fully insured and adhere to all Health and Safety regulations. Our Staff have Enhanced DBS Checks and are trained in all aspects of blind installation.
